Charlie (Fence Co. founder) and Diane Powers
Charlie and Diane have been making the most of their time away from the
responsibility of the business. They recently returned from a trip to Las Vegas where they attended a prestigious rodeo! Before their Vegas trip was a cruise to New England, a trip to Rhode Island, and a long weekend at Great Wolf Lodge with the whole family. They are excited to welcome their 7th grandchild into the family early next year! They currently enjoy spending quality time with their other grandkids and often show their support by attending various sports games like soccer, baseball, basketball, and wrestling.
Charlie still serves faithfully at the Frederick Rescue Mission. He is a board member and he also teaches a men’s Bible study every Wednesday morning. Though retired, Charlie often lends his wisdom and advise to Kelly, Erin and Todd concerning the business. We always enjoy seeing him when he comes in for a visit or consultation!
Matt, Erin (owner), Isaac, Eli, Iris, and Arlo Burke
Matt and Erin celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary this year! They enjoy connecting through their shared interest in Premier League soccer, specifically the Manchester City and Liverpool teams.
Isaac, the oldest, is 15 this year. He is currently in 10th grade at Tuscarora High School where he competes on the wrestling team. He plans to begin working towards a welding certification next year through CTC. Eli is 12 and in the 6th grade at New Life Christian School. He enjoys playing soccer and basketball, not only for his own school, but for the local public middle school as well. Iris also attends New Life Christian. She is 9 years old and is in 4th grade. She has achieved A’s in every subject so far this year! She loves art and animals. Arlo is the youngest at 7 years old. He is in the 2nd grade at New Life Christian. Like his big sister, he is also on the honor roll. He has a love for animals, Legos, other engineering tools, and baking!
The whole Burke family went on several trips this year which included the beach, Washington DC, Great Wolf lodge, New York City, and Philadelphia.
Perry, Kelly (owner), Asher and Finn Orman
Kelly and Perry have two kids. Asher is 9 and Finn is 7. They celebrated both
boys’ December birthdays by taking a trip to Great Wolf Lodge. Both Asher and Finn attend New Life Christian School. Asher loves soccer and Finn plays baseball. Much of the family’s time is spent going to various games. Kelly is excited that the boys have also recently started sharing in her hobby of running. They completed a Turkey Trot together over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The family enjoyed some time away on vacation at the beach.

Todd and Laura are expecting their first child! Baby girl Powers is due next
March. The soon to be parents enjoyed some time away in October before the baby arrives. They visited Sedona Arizona and the Grand Canyon. They also joined in the fun at Great Wolf Lodge with the rest of the greater Powers family earlier this year. Todd and Laura are excited to start their family in the home they purchased in Frederick City last June. Join us in praying for a safe delivery and abundant joy as they welcome their new family member soon. We wish them all the best!
